About The Role

Community Integrated Care is recruiting for Support Workers in Bramley, Leeds!

As a Support Worker, you will support people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns or dementia with their daily routines.

You will be joining an award-winning charity. This is an exciting role, where you can change lives for the better and enjoy brilliant experiences.

We need active, positive and creative people to support a young man in his own home. If you are interested in Rugby League, Football, Music, Video Games, Cinema and lot of other interesting things than please read on. We support a young man with physical difficulties who lives at home he's supported for 145 hours a week and already is supported by an established team.
 
We need you to be able to work as part of a team, as well as you're own initiative - you need to be brave, compassionate, kind, reliable. You need to be able to work weekends, early mornings and late finishes, be available for bank holidays including Christmas and New Year. This is fantastic opportunity to join an established team, and chance really immerse yourself in care and support for another person, and build experience in the many different areas of this highly skilled and multifaceted role to become an incredibly rounded and skilled Support Worker.
 
Full UK Driving Licence Essential

Prior experience of working in care isn’t always necessary. If you have other skills and experiences that you can bring to this role, we will give you all the support that you need.

You will use the best of your personality and skills every day. From supporting people to enjoy their favourite activities to enabling people to live independently, you will make a real difference.
