About The Role

This exciting opportunity is to join a rapidly growing clinical team for one of the largest person centred social care providers. We are offering a generous salary  £30000-£35000 per annum. In addition, you will receive a car allowance, continued training and development and other exciting benefits.

The PBS Practitioner will be the Regional Lead in the delivery of high Quality Positive Behavioural Support, and be key to monitoring Increase of Quality of life for the people supported.  You will work directly with teams and the main areas of the role will be,
 
  • Functional Behaviour Assessments
  • PBS support planning
  • PBS implementation via a variety of method including workshops
  • Incident analysis and debrief
A pro-active, compassionate and motivated professional, you will demonstrate exceptional experience and knowledge of supporting people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours and be committed to securing the best outcomes for them.

About You

  • PBS BTEC (advanced professional Diploma), BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, MSc in Analysis and Intervention in Learning Disability, Applied Behaviour Analysis - Applications will be considered from professionals who have recently secured one of these qualifications and are looking for their first PBS Practitioner role.
  • Applications will also be considered by applicants who have a university accredited PBS qualification.
