About The Role
As a Senior Support Worker with Community Integrated Care you will experience an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling role. Our Senior Support Workers help empower people with support needs to live the lives they want to lead.
We are currently recruiting a senior support worker to join the team at Pemberton Fold. Pemberton Fold is a lovely, 60 bedded purpose built residential care home for older people and people living with dementia situated in a quiet residential area of Little Hulton, Salford.

We want to heat from highly motivated, innovative and accomplished individuals who are committed to delivering person centred support, promoting independence and choice.

Reporting to the Service Leader, you will be responsible for the leadership of the support worker team, delivering high quality person centred support, ensuring positive outcomes for the people supported including good health and independence.
The current vacancy is 36 hours on night shifts.
About You
You will need to demonstrate the ability to motivate people to improve and maintain essential skills and move towards independence and support an ethos of positive risk taking.

With excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to manage complex situations, you will need to demonstrate an innovative approach to rota management, community engagement, development of natural networks and delivering better outcomes.

The successful candidate will work across multiple sites supporting people with diverse needs including profound and multiple learning disability and autism. You will also be required to undertake on call responsibility on a rota basis.
