About The Role

As a Support Worker with Community Integrated Care, you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference in the lives of the people we support.

In this service based in the Gilmerton area, you will join a team comprising 2 core teams, each supporting 4 individuals with complex needs. The service supports people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health concerns to live their daily lives. From playing football, to swimming, to walking, to playing instruments, to volunteering; you’ll do it all and more! This role also involves supporting people with some personal care at times.

Applicants with a full driving licence would be strongly preferred, as there is a Motability vehicle in the service, but it’s not essential. However, confidence navigating public transport is a requirement of the role.

This is a 24-hour service and the shift pattern is designed around the people we support and their schedules. Shift patterns can include early, late, long day and sleepover shifts.
