Our charity is recruiting for Advanced Support Workers for both day and night time shift patterns in Barrow.

A Fantastic Role

An Advanced Support Worker is a role for a skilled and experienced support worker, who is looking to step up. Supporting people with a range of needs including, acquired brain injury, mental health and physical disabilities to lead the best life possible.

Because this is a specialist service, we are looking to train and develop a specialist team.

The ideal candidate will have a Level Three in Social Care and a real passion for Support Work. We will give them high-quality training so they can be a big success in this role and build their career.

About You
Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are caring, creative and committed to changing lives for the better.

You will know how to connect with people and be motivated by helping people to live with independence and happiness. You will also have some key technical skills, including being able to use basic IT systems.

Your experience means that you are comfortable in working with people who might have more complex support needs. You will be ready to take on this next step of your career, stepping up to enjoy more responsibility and a better salary.

We will develop your talent with a range of specialist training. With the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods and to build new skills, this will be an exciting opportunity for progress.
