We have an exciting opportunity for Support Workers to join our new team in Perth to support two young men with learning disabilities to move into their own home together for the first time. Support will predominantly be on a 1:1 basis in order to allow the young men to develop their own hobbies and interests both within the home and in the wider community. 

One young man enjoys Scottish music and going to the football.  He also likes to be outdoors and is a very practical person. He requires a level of support with personal care. Whereas the other young man enjoys food and dining out. He loves doing puzzles but also enjoys being outside and going for walks. Both young men really enjoy travelling in cars and on trains.

As part of the selection process, and subsequent to you attending for interview, you will have an opportunity to meet the young gentlemen that you would be working with to get a feel for their personalities and fully understand the level of care and support that both of them will require.
