We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic recruitment specialist to provide a comprehensive end to end recruitment service. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your recruitment expertise in a rewarding and enriching environment.

Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner, you will be seen as a subject matter expert, providing sound advice, guidance and support to hiring managers.

Working closely with the regional hiring managers you will determine future recruitment requirements and provide regular updates on progress, producing MI when required. You will also use your local knowledge to identify and develop a variety of attraction sources in addition to standard methods used across the business, organise and plan regular recruitment events across your region and ensure robust, fair and consistent selection, preparing materials when required. At all times you will ensure candidates receive a great experience and promote the business as in a positive manner.
 
Please note that this position is initially offered on a 6 month fixed term contract.
About You
The successful candidate will have significant experience in an in-house high volume recruitment team and a track record of using a range of sources to promote opportunities to build talent pools.
 
With sound IT skills, you will also have experience of using an applicant tracking system. You will have the ability to build strong, consultative and professional relationships internally and externally and demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
 
Highly self-motivated and a professional outlook you will also be able work independently and as part of a team.
