Community Integrated Care are looking for Advanced Support Workers in and around the Banbury/Oxford area with flexible shift patterns, for night shifts something to suit you?

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
 We are brand new supported living service located in the lovely quite neighbourhood of Banbury. The people we support are  involved in the recruitment process and therefore want you to know a little more about what they are looking for in you!

We are all different ages between 30– 65 years. We have different challenges in our lives which include epilepsy, autism and learning disabilities.  We have a staff team who are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs.  We support a small number of people in who stay in their separate Bungalows, and we have another small number of  people that will be sharing a bungalow on the same site. We currently have a few people that we support who have moved in in the separate bungalows and we are looking forward to having the other people we support move in.

Our Support Workers thrive in making a difference to our life by having compassion and committing themselves, these are exciting times for us as we are beginning this journey together.

All of us are mobile and we love going out and about and experience the good things and activities offered by Banbury.

 
We need someone who will try and get to know us and understand our wishes and desires, to be patient, respectful, to be understanding, to have a sense of humour, to enjoy similar activities as we do.

We want someone who is confident in what they do, can ask us questions, and allow us to also ask questions. We want new ideas that we can try out.
