Guaranteed and contracted hours
£20.14 per hour
28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) – pro-rated for part-time staff

Are you interested in supporting the development of Support Workers to deliver high quality, personalised clinical care in a supported living service?

In our Duns service, we currently support 16 individuals to live as independently as possibly in their own homes.  The individuals we support have learning disabilities, mental health concerns, mobility issues and age-related health needs.
 
As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing and evaluating all nursing care provided within the service, ensuring accurate record keeping and stringent clinical governance processes are adhered to.  You will work closely with the Service Leader to coach and mentor the support team to equip them with the skills and knowledge to support each individual appropriately.
 
The successful candidate will have prior experience of working closely with the multidisciplinary team and the person supported to provide the best care possible.
 
We are currently recruiting for a full-time role for 37.5 hours per week.  The standard working hours will be from Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm, however, occasional weekends or nights may be required.  The rate of pay will be £20.14 per hour - this equates to a salary £39273.00 per year.
