About The Role

natasCommunity Integrated Care is recruiting for Support Workers in Castlemilk!

We offer industry-leading rates of pay - starting at £10.20 per hour, as well as both full-time and part-time roles

"The successful candidate will work as part of a team in a Supported Living service in Castlemilk, Glasgow where we support and encourage people we support to live their lives as independently as possible.
Full training is provided however previous experience is advantageous. Candidate must hold a UK driving licence and should have experience driving a manual vehicle.
We can offer a full-time or part-time position, predominantly working day shifts (including some weekends). However, the successful candidate(s) must be willing to take part in night shifts if required for cover.

As a Support Worker, you will support people who have learning and physical disabilities, autism and mental health concerns with their daily routines.  The people you'll be supporting enjoy going out in the car, playing games, watching movies, listening to music and enjoying sensory stimulation but they're always looking to try new activities! At times, you may need to provide psychological and social support and help to promote appropriate behaviour, so the ability to remain calm is really important.
